June 27, 2013
Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc. (NYSE: RGR) is pleased to announce that the Company has named David McDaniel as its new National Accounts Manager. McDaniel was awarded the position in May of 2013. A graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, McDaniel began his career with Smith & Wesson as a District and Regional Sales Manager. He was then named Smith & Wesson's National Account Manager and eventually was promoted to Senior National Account Manager. McDaniel joined Ruger in 2011 as the South Central Regional Sales Manager.
Ruger plans to hire a South Central Regional Sales Manager in the next few months to fill the vacant position.
