The Hiring Process

We want you to understand and be comfortable with our hiring process. The process listed below will guide you every step of the way.

  1. Apply

    Applying is easy, visit our application site to apply.

  2. Interview

    If there is an interest in your application we will reach out to you either via phone or email to set up a phone interview. Once the phone interview is complete, if there is further interest we will bring you in for a live interview with the appropriate interview team.

  3. Offer

    Ruger extends offers of employment to the best qualified candidate. Due to legal restrictions surrounding our products, offers of employment are contingent upon successfully completing and satisfactory results of both a background check and drug screen.

  4. Onboarding

    You will be required to bring in all hiring documentation and new hire paperwork either prior to or on the day of hire. A list of qualifying documentation and paperwork that needs to be completed will be provided to you with your offer.

  5. Orientations

    Successful candidates will attend a series of orientations that will introduce you with our Company’s lean culture, values, policies and procedures, the importance of safety and personal protective equipment, and your assigned facility.

  6. Welcome

    We are always here to assist you, should you need it. If the need arises, we have an open door policy that allows any associate to talk with any member of leadership at any time openly and without negative recourse about any questions or concerns you may have.
