Ruger Announces the Ruger American Rifle Predator with New Vortex Scope Package

Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. (NYSE-RGR) is proud to announce the addition of a new Ruger American Rifle® Predator model with a Vortex® scope package; the perfect combination for predator hunting or longer-range target shooting. The full-featured Predator model of the Ruger American Rifle is now available with the Vortex Crossfire II® 4-12 x 44 scope, in .204 Ruger, .223 Rem., 6.5 Creedmoor, and .308 Win. chamberings.

The Ruger American Rifle Predator has a medium-contour barrel, enabling better accuracy over longer strings of fire, and is still light enough to be carried easily and brought on target quickly while hunting. The Predator model is offered with a moss green synthetic stock and a one-piece aluminum scope rail. Like all Ruger American Rifles, the Predator features a cold hammer-forged barrel, accuracy-enhancing Power Bedding®, a tang safety and the Ruger Marksman Adjustable™ trigger.

The Vortex Crossfire II 4-12 x 44 scope is a perfect complement to the Predator model of the Ruger American Rifle. Factory-installed on the rifle, this long eye relief scope features a fast-focus eyepiece, fully multi-coated lenses and resettable MOA turrets. Its hard anodized, single-piece, aircraft-grade aluminum tube is nitrogen purged and o-ring sealed for waterproof and fogproof performance.
