Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. (NYSE: RGR) is pleased to announce that Team Ruger took multiple divisional wins at the 2021 PSA Shootout Knockdown Steel Match held at Palmyra Sportsmen's Association in Annville, PA.
Dave Olhasso claimed first place in the Pistol Caliber Carbine division with a final time of 55.16 shooting the Ruger® PC Carbine™ Chassis chambered in 9mm Luger. James McGinty claimed first place in the Open Auto division with teammate Olhasso right behind in second. The duo also swept the Stock Auto division with McGinty grabbing first place with a final time of 103.06 and Dave Olhasso in second with a final time of 106.16; both claimed these wins shooting the Ruger Custom Shop® SR1911® Competition Pistol in 9mm Luger. Shooting the Ruger Custom Shop GP100®, McGinty additionally placed second in the Open Revolver division with a final time of 112.46 while Dave Olhasso took second place in the Stock Revolver division with a final time of 167.70.
"This was another great year of falling steel at the PSA Shootout," commented Olhasso. "Out of the five divisions, James and I were able to capture three first place finishes and three second place finishes and I can confidently say my Ruger PC Carbine gave me the edge to win the PCC division for the second year in a row."
