Team Ruger

James McGinty

James McGinty started shooting in local competitions with his father at only 8 years old and by the age of 12, McGinty started competing in IDPA matches. By age 15, McGinty became a master in ESP, and in 2008 he was able to qualify for the IPSC World Shoot Junior Open Team where Team USA won a gold medal. In 2009, McGinty captured the IDPA World Championship title in the ESP division. Since then, he has won multiple national titles competing in Steel Challenge, ICORE, 3 Gun, IDPA and USPSA.
